Sweepstakes Period: The entry period for the “Enter to Adventure” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:00 AM (ET) on May 30, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on August 14 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Participate: There are two (2) ways to access the Sweepstakes promotional website: QR Code Scan or URL Address Access:
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry over course of the Sweepstakes Period per person, email address, telephone number or household address. No group or bulk entries allowed. Entries over this limit are void. No more than advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The completion of a prize claim process is solely the responsibility of the participant. Use of scripts, macros or other methods to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times or on behalf of multiple people is prohibited and any such entries will be considered void. Opting out of future marketing communications does not decrease your chances of winning a prize.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older on the date of Sweepstakes entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Employees of Hunt Brothers Pizza, LLC (the “Sponsor”), all prize providers, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes and the immediate families of each, or persons domiciled in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by Tennessee law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Conditions of Entry: All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By participating, entrants agree to release Hunt Brothers Pizza, LLC, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Inc., Jordan Outdoor Enterprises, Ltd. a/k/a Realtree, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Inc., Wiley X, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, retailers, agents or representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, which entrant may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including but not limited to, any death, injury, loss of enjoyment, damage to computer equipment, or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by participation in the Sweepstakes, the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes and/or in connection with the awarding, receipt and use or misuse of prize. Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected, late, lost, delayed, inaccurate, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or undelivered entries or any combination thereof, for whatever reason, for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, wireless service provider, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, or for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, phone transmissions or delayed transmissions or in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by the way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines, or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise and any mechanical, electronic, network, computer, printing, typographical, human or other error relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Random Selection of Winners: On or around August 22, 2022, a random drawing will be conducted by an independent sweepstakes administrator to award all available prizes from among all valid, eligible entries received over the course of the Sweepstakes Period. All decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Certain potential prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone call within twenty-four (24 hours) of the random drawing. Such potential prize winners will be required to reply to the prize notification attempt within five (5) days of attempted notification or potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Potential Prize winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity and Advertising Consent and Release (except where prohibited by law), a W-9 form, and such other documents reasonably required by Sponsor. All such documents must be signed and returned within ten (10) days of prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize notification that does not reach the intended recipient due to spam filtering or other issues. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Potential winners are subject to verification before the prize will be awarded. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. The Sweepstakes participant is solely responsible for entering the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and properly claiming a prize if selected as a winner. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities (federal, state and local) incurred by a prize winner as a result of this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: An E-Z-GO Liberty Personal Transportation Vehicle. Sponsor will determine all options and features of the E-Z-GO Liberty Vehicle. Vehicle pictured in advertising or collateral material may include options or accessories not included in the promotion. Winner must be able to prove that he/she meets the local / state requirements to own and operate the Grand Prize vehicle as a condition of prize award. Winner is responsible for title, registration, insurance and any other fees associated with prize. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $15,199. One (1) First Prize: $5,000 Shopping Spree at Academy Sports. The First Prize consists exclusively of $5,000 in Academy Sports gift cards. Approximate retail value of the First Prize is $5,000. Fifty (50) Second Prizes: Wiley WX Peak Kevin Harvick Edition Sunglasses. Each Second Prize consists exclusively of one (1) pair of Wiley WX Peak Kevin Harvick® Edition sunglasses. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $190. Fifteen (15) Third Prizes: Realtree Cooler & Long Sleeve T-Shirt. Each Third Prize consists exclusively of: one (1) Realtree-branded Igloo 18 can cooler bag; one (1) Realtree long sleeve t-shirt. Approximate retail value of each Third Prize is $115. Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $31,424. Limit one (1) prize per person, household address or email address. No cash equivalents, prize substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Any participant who is notified that he or she has won is the potential winner until Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant is eligible to win in accordance with these Official Rules.
Conditions of Participation & Certain Restrictions: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating, each entrant (or his/her parent or legal guardian, as applicable) agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or any prize (if awarded to him/her) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and litigation and/or trials will be decided solely by a judge. ENTRANT WAIVES TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUCH ACTION(S). All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
Privacy: By entering, entrants specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may utilize information obtained from entrant in order to contact entrant and/or to offer its products or services or for other promotional purposes, including online announcements and as otherwise permitted in its privacy policies. For further information, please refer to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.huntbrotherspizza.com/privacy/. By accepting a prize, entrant/winner specifically acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor is permitted to use the winner’s name, address, photograph, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, to the winner to the extent permitted by law.
