CSP Magazine Readers Name Hunt Brothers Pizza a New Product Winner

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 15, 2015) — Hunt Brothers® Pizza Cheesebread and Marinara Dipping Sauce has been selected as the Foodservice – Snacks & Sides winner in CSP’s 2015 Retailer Choice Best New Products Contest. The winner was determined by retailers’ votes received from August 3 through September 1.

According to the CSP call for nominees, “This annual contest provides recognition for outstanding new products introduced and sold in the convenience retailing format—products that show innovation, uniqueness and groundbreaking advancement in a product or service category.”

Cheesebread and Marinara Dipping Sauce is a high-quality product designed by Hunt Brothers® Pizza to bring a hot food snack item to c-stores that targets the time-pressed consumers and addresses the trend in on-the-go snacking as it continues to rise.

Cheesebread starts with a thick crust and is topped with a buttery garlic sauce, freshly grated 100% mozzarella cheese and Hunt Brothers Pizza’s signature Just Rite Spice®. Accompanied by a side of premium marinara sauce, it is perfect for dipping. Cheesebread comes as a two-piece snack size and a six-piece family size.
